Society of Sharing: Inner City Volunteers - Society of Sharing
offers friendly visits and escorting services to lonely, isolated,
frail, elderly or disabled people. The agency provides ongoing
support to enhance quality of life and to extend independent living by
recruiting and screening volunteers, matching them with clients and
providing training and education. |

Providence
Healthcare is a Toronto health care facility specializing in
rehabilitation for patients who have experienced strokes, orthopaedic
surgery, lower limb amputation, or require specialized geriatric
rehabilitation, assessment and treatment. Providence also provides
complex continuing care, long-term care and community outreach.
Programs and services are provided through three Integrated Care
Divisions: Providence Hospital, the Cardinal Ambrozic Houses of
Providence and Providence Community Centre. |
