* Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County was formed in May 2008 through the amalgamation of the Catholic Family Life Centre – Simcoe South and the North Simcoe Catholic Family Life Centre. The two founding agencies had operated since 1979 and 1980 respectively and enjoyed a solid reputation for providing quality services to residents in both areas. The amalgamation was undertaken to reduce administration costs of the operation and provide a county-wide service. Service delivery remains available in all communities previously served by the two founding organizations.
