This year’s ShareLife theme ‘Because You Give…’
illustrates that it is our collective effort that makes it possible for
ShareLife’s social service agencies to meet the needs of the greater
community. When we make a commitment to support the ShareLife Corporate
Campaign, we are making more than a financial contribution; we are
empowering our agencies to help others experience a positive outcome in
their lives.

Business Community Committing to 08 Campaign
(May 2008) TD Bank Financial Group Chief Financial Officer and ShareLife Corporate Campaign Chairperson Colleen Johnston and Vice President, Government and Community Relations Scott Mullin, accepted a token of appreciation from ShareLife Manager of Corporate and Community Campaigns Keith Hall. TD Bank Financial Group has generously contributed a record $100,000 to the 2008 ShareLife Corporate Campaign.
Corporate Patron Kevin McKenna was recognized for his contribution to the 2008 ShareLife Corporate Campaign. As well as participating as a ShareLife Patron, Mr. McKenna is a member of the ShareLife Golf Tournament organizing committee.
BMO employees offer Hope
(May 5, 2008) ShareLife Manager of Corporate and Community Campaigns, Keith Hall, was recently presented with a cheque and a fuzzy friends by Bico, the mascot of the BMO Fountain of Hope employee campaign. The funds presented to ShareLife during the BMO Fountain of Hope "Celebration of Giving" reception represented accumulated employee-designated gifts to ShareLIfe through BMO’s annual employee fundraising campaign.

 The cup floweth over— with golf balls!!
(June 24, 2008) Thanks to all who joined us for a wonderful day at the 13th Annual ShareLife Corporate Golf Tournament on June 11. The day-long tournament, conducted at Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility, came complete with great weather, challenging golf, warm fellowship, and record-setting results.
We hosted 172 golfers and reached a record fundraising total of more than $89,000 in support of the 30 Catholic social service agencies funded by the ShareLife Corporate Campaign. This result helps our agencies continue to serve more than 200,000 vulnerable, troubled and needy people this year.
As we celebrate the success of this year’s event, we are already planning for the 14th annual tournament, scheduled for Wednesday June 10, 2009. Mark your calendar now! We hope we can count on your support again next year.
