No. ShareLife agencies have an open door policy of helping all those in need, regardless of religious affiliation.

I'm concerned about fundraising and administration costs. How much of my donation goes directly to providing services?

At ShareLife, using your donations responsibly and effectively is a priority for us. 91 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to our agencies. Currently ShareLife spends 3 cents of every dollar raised on administration and 6 cents on fundraising. If you look at other charities our size, you'll find we are among the most competitive in the charitable sector.

I like to give to specific charitable causes (ie. charities helping youth). Who exactly is ShareLife helping?

ShareLife is truly helping the whole community. With 34 agencies across the Archdiocese of Toronto, we're serving the needs of families, children & youth, the elderly, single parents, immigrants and refugees as well as the education of priests and deacons.
